I love fashion for the Oscar’s, but the actual biggest night in fashion is the Met Gala. This year, the theme was Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology which led to some seriously futuristic, edgy, and chic looks. But we also saw a lot of floral, butterfly, and sweet appliques. While it was definitely hard to choose, I narrowed down my favorites, my absolute least favorite, and a few honorable mention outfits.
The Good
Karolina Korkova – Marchesa
At first, I was putting this in the honorable mention category, because while it’s gorgeous, I didn’t feel like it fit the theme…until it did. If I read correctly, the dress was somehow linked to social media, and as she was being talked about, the flowers on her dress would change colors. Cool.

Honorable Mention
These are both amazingly gorgeous, but they simply got honorable mention because I didn’t feel they fit in with the theme as much as they could have.
